I took my truck in for de rate issue and AC. I also told them that the EPU wasn't working. I got in just after 7am. This crew was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I had read the reviews before going in and was open to how my issues would be treated. In the past, I've said some very ugly things to mechanics (at other shops) who thought they knew everything. Good day to you my fellow truckers; I’m sharing my experience at this shop in Joplin Missouri I had a breakdown on I-44 lost all power and I had to wait for Santa Fe Towing company to take my truck to this shop Honestly I feel so much better knowing that there are good and decent people now days This people did everything in their power to get me back on the road ; I got a load of produce heading to Pennsylvania and I mentioned that to them; so they were aware of the critical situation I was in. Warning! If you want to be ok, don't come here ever!!! Maximum buy the part from them and change it in a different shop. Believe me, they are going to rip you on max. I had to change a nox sensor. They overcharged me, and instead of paying 900-1000$, I payed 1800$ and the problem returned in one week. The feeling of seeing the people who are working there doesn't encourage confidence at all. Believe me, brothers, you're going to save money and won't affect your nervous system by simply avoiding this place!
