Great service and prices.
First time using this company and the last. After they set up the bounce house we realized a flap was open underneath that we had to fix and also a slice in the fabric so it wasn’t fully filling up with air. The whole thing was dirty with mud, trash, food and smelled like wet dog. I guess they just pick them up from parties and just bring it straight to the next. Before reviewing I tried contacting them and didn’t even get a response so clearly the company doesn’t care. Not worth the money
I have rented here for several occasions. They are well stocked and always have what I need. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very friendly and professional. Recently I rented tables and chairs and called too late to be able to get delivery, I was apprehensive to pick up but they loaded and unloaded everything for us. Super helpful, will rent from them again!
DO NOT PLUG THE PRETZEL MACHINE INTO A GFI OUTLET – apparently, the rude, unhelpful “gentleman” who answered the phone on Saturday 06/07/2025 does not know this! But, let me start by saying, the delivery of the tables, chairs, games, and pretzel machine we rented went pretty smoothly. The young men were very polite and careful with putting in the stakes around my septic system.
