We had windows installed about 2yrs ago. This week we had a home inspection to check out the insulation, of our home. The inspector confirmed that our windows were great. Nothing was going in or out of them. He also said the roof we got 3yrs ago, was perfectly installed. Thanks again Tri-State!
Unfortunately our home was damaged during a tornado that hit Delaware. While all of the Major "named " roofing & siding companies bombarded our development looking to make $$$. Roland the owner of TriState stood out, he was very respectful and concerned about our loss. He took the time to explain what we needed. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Well Sir...For starters the roof had issues that you responded to..but you placed the blame on some other structural issue. The roof issue was eventually fixed by another contractor at an additional cost that was not related to sructure...plus the expense of interior water damage to the ceiling and walls. Moving on to the windows, they seem to be drafty and lack of insulation. Still haven't heard back from manufacturer...no surprise.
They might be JUST okay with roofing..just don't use them to replace windows...our windows are only 5 years old and already having issues. will contact mfg directly.
When my roof start leaking I come across Tri-State Remodeling on Google he got 5 start rating so I call him, talk to Mr. Ronald, I found him very professional and good communicator he gave me all the answer, he gave me best price for my roof installing with life time warranty and yes he is stand behind his work. I call him after 2 years for some damage and next day his guy was there. WOW AAA++++
