Absolutely terrible!! Property was damaged with flood and no one came to even look at the property for TWENTY THREE DAYS!! Neglected maintenance on the property for months and months on end. Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Horrible experience Renting here, our backyard turned into a mudslide and was inaccessible for a month, the water was coming into our house from the flood in the beginning of May. Our fence came down, ruined all of our backyard stuff, everything was absolutely buried in 1-3 feet of dried dirt from all the mud. Our front yard got destroyed. The neighbor said this was not the first time they saw this happen. Jodie was terrible! Worst company ever!! They don’t care about tenants what so ever. They will screw you. Stay away from any property they pretend to manage
