This company came out and overfilled our tank which could have had dangerous repercussions to our home and family. Then they over charged us, stating the wrong amount on the bill. They were rude when we tried to discuss the matter with them. I would not recommend doing business with them.
I became their customer last year when they filled my tank by accident (drive vs circle address). I bought my tank outright from another competitor so I could continue using their service. Between what I've saved on that initial fill, my Summertime buy and what I had delivered today, I've already saved enough to cover the cost of my tank purchase. They are very friendly and I love having a local alternative to a national corporation.
I called less than an hour ago and ordered propane and its here already...They are the ABSOLUTE BEST !!!! Thank you so much !!!
These people are amazing! they came out today while closed and filled my propane tank under 3%. No extra charge and so polite! definitely recommend them. Thank you so much!
I went in yesterday and told Amy I was ready for my tank to be set on Tuesday. They called this morning and came out and set it up. Yay! Thank you John Paul & Julie for opening up Tri State propane again.
