I liked Dr. Pagnotto, He explained my options and what would be best for me. He asked me if I had any other questions and seemed very concerned that I was satisfied. The office was easy to get to easy parking close to my home. I feel a trust in Dr. Pagnotto and his ability to help me.
Staff seems very professional,, but I am still waiting on my surgery another 7 weeks, to go. I just don't feel you can accurately leave a review until you had done what you went there for. But so far so good.
Had 830 am appointment and was not seen till 945. Not even given an update by the staff. As a result I missed my other appointments. NO excuse for this. My time is as important as his.
