Dr. Dan was very caring, knowledgeable and attentive.
This complaint is against the office staff. 5 days before my knee surgery I was notified the hospital AHN in Wexford does not take my insurance. I had all the pre operation tests done . I was devastated. This surgery had been scheduled for several months. Why didn't the office staff know that AHN Hospital We ford does not take my insurance. This is totally unacceptable. Altho the doctors are tops,the office staff needs some serious training or just replaced .
Dr. Pagnotto is amazing and very caring and so is his staff. Glad he did my surgery. The best !
