Called the Westside location on Friday was told they would be open for urgent care on Saturday from 9am to 12pm showed up at 10am and they weren't even open
Everyone is so nice and helpful at this location.
I had another great appointment with Dr Knoll at Tri-State Orthopaedics this week. I work on the Westside and there was no problem setting up my appointment at the westside office. I really appreciate that Dr. Knoll leaves the decision for knee surgery to me and helps me navigate my pain while making that decision. Wait times are short and everyone in the office is very helpful and kind. A very good experience all round.
Doctor was very thorough and easy to understand.
Doctors are amazing, office staff probably the most rude and unreasonable human beings on earth. Going all of the way back to 1992 I've spent out of pocket close to $30,000 (not including what insurance paid out) on services there. Now i was just refused services due a bill my son has due which is on a payment plan being automatically deducted monthly. Way to treat a patient in a time of need after ALL of the money I have spent with you!
