I had an incredibly good experience buying a new car, something I didn't ever expect to say. I am chronically ill, and my salesperson, *****, went above and beyond to make sure it was as fast and easy of a transaction as possible, and did everything possible - and much more - that she could to also keep it safe for me, with my delicate health. Everything went very smoothly, including finance. This is the first time I've ever had a truly positive buying experience at a car dealership.
I dropped my car off for service and the issue was partially fixed and on top of that I received a scratch on the door of my car. I spoke to skylar warner who did nothing to rectify the issue. I then talked to the service advisor by the name of kevin riggleman and was told there was nothing that could be done. They didn't even attempt to compensate me for anything and the inconvenience they put me through . Their service was horrendous and they were disrespectful! My son and I traveled 5 hours from Chesapeake, Virginia to Winchester, Virginia to Tristate Nissan to purchase a vehicle. We found a used car that we were interested in purchasing.
