My son and I traveled 5 hours from Chesapeake, Virginia to Winchester, Virginia to Tristate Nissan to purchase a vehicle. We found a used car that we were interested in purchasing. I made the inquiry over the phone about the vehicle and was impressed with the details Mr. Eric Thomas provided about the vehicle and dealership. This was my son's first car purchase on this birthday, and Tristate Nissan did not dissapoint. From the time we talked with Mr. Thomas over the phone to the time we left the dealership after purchasing the vehicle, the customer service was A-1. Mr. Thomas gave us a tour of the dealership, introduced us to the service department, discussed the free services such as oil changes that we would receive from purchasing the vehicle, gave us a printout of the carfax report and showed us the service report completed on the vehicle from the time the vehicle came into the dealership. In fact Mr. Thomas got my son a better interest rate than our credit union gave us, which saved by son some money on his monthly car payment. My son said to me on the drive back home, "dad that was not so bad after all". My wife told me later than day that she has never seen my son so excited, after he came home from the Tristate Nissan. Topnotch salesperson = topnotch dealership! A-1 customer service!
