In person is best with this company as a regular person. Neither online or by phone was easy to navigate. Very happy with the metal products. Great prices.

I would go with a different metal company. I will not use Tri-State again. The order was three weeks instead of the 5 days they told me. I wasn’t in a hurry but they told me 5 days 7 at the most, but then they never communicated with me and I had to keep calling to get any information. The people at the front desk did not know where my order was. Finally they told me they ran out of metal and were waiting for a delivery. Why didn’t they just tell me that? Open to the public yet it is for roofing professionals. There are displays of several colors and styles of metal roofing and support materials in their showroom/front of building. I needed some galvanized screws and the cashier went to get them from the back. They only came in packages of 250 and I only needed 20. Price was reasonable. They weren't on display. Very helpful and friendly staff.
