I had a great experience at Tri-State Medical. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized. The doctors listened carefully and explained everything clearly. Excellent service overall — I highly recommend Tri-State Medical for quality and trustworthy car
Honestly one of the best doctor I've had. The staff is really friendly and professional
No respect for patients time even when flagged in advance that I can’t spend hours after appointment scheduled time. Front desk told me I cant have a copy of my lab results and then doctor said otherwise only so that they can do a tele-heath call to bill for it and charge me a copay for a 2 minute call.
Had the most smooth experience as a new patient here, the staff were all very kind and effective at what they needed to do for me to be seen, and the doctor was great with his followup questions for future visits
