I went to tri-state today and honestly I was embarrassed when entering because I wasn't going to be making a purchase and I told the 2 gentleman that right away explaining that I just wanted to know if they would size me for a ring my kids were ordering for me to replace that was stolen by a family member, they couldn't have been nicer to me and sized me up right away. I thanked them and I know I will return to tri-state for my next jewelry purchase. Thank you fellas.

One of the staff flagged my wife and I with another customer’s shotgun. They did not even know if the weapon was loaded or if the safety was on. Anyone who knows anything about firearm safety will recognize just how profoundly stupid this is. Never going back.

This is a great place to go to. I’ve been shopping with them ever since I moved to Kentucky and it always gotta be right from grills to jury to everything. I had a grill for four years. They took it back when it was damaged and I added a couple hundred dollars just to get a bigger chain instead of having a grill they will look out for you. They are respectful and they are reasonable prices so anybody that’s hating on you just mad because you can’t afford it.
