Excellent service expertise and a fair price
Tri State hose was a great place to deal with before bought out by these people now the mobile trucks don't have any stock on them it's a shame when a corporation messes up a good thing
I had the most complete pleasure of working with Mr. Will today. He went way above and beyond for me and my customer. He literally kept the whole mill on calendar today. He's nothing short of a gem. 5 stars doesn't even come close to giving him and Tri State justice!
Had a little issue come up last minute. I ended up pinching a line on my grapple attachment. I called a few places and they recommended tri-state. So I called them and from the moment I got them on the phone, nothing but a great guy, extremely polite. I had about 45 minutes before they closed. I ended up getting over there 10 minutes before they closed. The two gentlemen in there stayed after hours to get me a few new hoses made up. Saved me having the jobsite down the following day. I definitely recommend these guys 10/10.
