I had a leak in my sunroom glass ceiling/roof. Tri-State came and completely fixed the problem. They provided a 3-year warranty, so they clearly stand behind their work. Tony always answered my calls promptly and was responsive. Mark went above and beyond, not only completing the work in one day, but thoroughly testing, inspecting and cleaning to make sure everything was 100% good. Mark was extremely courteous as well.
They did not fix the leaks on the greenhouse. Didn't check the weep holes for proper drainage. Didn't inspect the gutters for leaks. Left all the debris in gutter so they can't check for leaks. Said windows on door don't need weather stripping, even though the doors had it. Ask for a price on glass replacement. Fet an answer you'll have it 10 mins. Called several times. Its over a month and still no quote. They never cleaned like they said they would.
Tony and his team were a pleasure to work with. They did great work at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future again should a need arise
