Tri-State Home Inspections was contacted to evaluate our new home prior to closing. I found them to be very professional and very thorough. Their final report was very comprehensive with next steps highlighted throughout. Dealing with them was a pleasure and I highly recommend them for double checking structural, plumbing, electrical, roofing ... basically all the important non-aesthetic parts for our new home.
I can't imagine anyone doing better and more thorough inspection than what Eric did for me. His report is incredibly detailed with all the information I need to share with my builder.
