Kenneth Blackwell from Tri-State Inspections came yesterday to inspect the house we are buying. He showed up on time, and was very informative about his game plan on inspecting new homes. By the end of the day he emailed me a detailed report on his findings. He enclosed color pictures with the report of the things that needed attention. Ken is awesome. Very detail oriented. He even climbs up into the attic, which some inspectors only get a ladder and peak in with a flash light. You get a detail report with color photos. Ken came highly recommended, and he has lived up to his reputation!
Eric was thorough and knew the neighborhood and builder which assisted him in knowing to look for repeat issues. Met with me after inspection to review findings and explained each one in detail. Highly recommend.
