LeRoy does an incredible job for my sellers and buyers. With my seller's he does a pre-list inspection, which is helpful for both the buyer and seller. For my buyer's he goes above and beyond, especially if they are purchasing and cannot be at the inspection, once they move in, he will stop by (whey they request) and go over the home with them, pointing out maintenance recommendations. We were very pleased with the inspection! Leroy is extremely knowledgeable with the furnace, A/C, electrical, plumbing and so much more! He’s super easy to talk to and gives you really good advice! I recommend Tri-State Home Inspections to anyone wanting an in-depth and thorough home inspection. The report was also very well put together and easy to read, with major issues being highlighted.
Leroy did a fantastic job. He walked my wife and father-in-law through the house cause I couldn’t be there as I am a truck driver. He explained everything he found to them and took his time I had he did his inspection. He was super nice super helpful and worth every penny, we spend thank you Leroy for being such a standup individual.

LeRoy was great to work with. Had him perform a general inspection on a home I am looking to purchase and his process was very thorough. Got the very detailed written report back the same day as the inspection, with tons of information, explanation, and recommendations with pictures to look back on.
