I don't think it's possible to say enough good things about LeRoy. He took all the time needed to look at every system in the house. He is basically the embodiment of integrity and knowledge =) I learned so much -- information that will help us to keep this house in tip-top shape for years to come. Hiring him wasn't just an inspection -- it was an investment in our property's future. Wish I could give him six stars. Highly recommended!!!!

LeRoy Holm and Tri-State Home Inspections have done 3 inspections for me and all of them were professional, polite, and full of information. LeRoy is a man of integrity and presents the information of the inspection as he sees it in an unbiased manner. I highly recommend this man and this company.

Leroy recently inspected a home I’m purchasing and I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. He provided a detailed report, has answered countless questions from me, and helped me to understand what issues were of most importance. Highly recommend.

Above the front door the end of the gutter had failed where ... read more
