This was my first home inspection for a home I am considering for my family. Daniel was amazing! He was very professional, accommodating and thorough in his inspection. This guy is actually very thorough. He comes in with a positive attitude and proactive to find problems. Answered all our questions as we're going thru the house. Went downstairs to check utilities, then the house, then the roof, then back downstairs I'm pretty convinced we found everything. Last thing, very well mannered guy does not come in with a big ego and treated us like good friends who can rely on him even though we'd just met. Meanwhile the most professional and observant guy. 11/10 money well spent.
