I would not recommend Tri-State to anyone! Mitch is not Manager material, very rude and errogant, will hang up on you, knowingly sells vehicles that have issues. As soon as they get the money they drop the ball. Purchased a $62,000 Ram, paid to ship it to MN. Paid them on Feb 14th- did not get the truck until Feb 25th- did not come with the temp plate like it should have - did not and was not able to utilize the truck until we received the temp/title on March 7th. They were super rude, totally sold me a lemon, they didn't disclose that there was a giant hole in the radiator ,the tire rods were completely shot two out of the four tires are bald there was no horn... Complete definition of a sleazy salesperson do not buy from them they're absolutely terrible

We’ve bought from jumbo Ford dealers in Omaha and Lincoln before, but have always had great luck with smaller more personal dealerships. There was no pressure, Dylan had everything ready for a test drive when we arrived from Nebraska, and we bought over the course of a few hours exactly the F-150 we wanted.
