I never actually made it into the dealership, but Evelyn treated me with care and kindness making sure that all my needs were met when searching for a new work truck. Wish I was able to buy something from Evelyn wanted to give her a thumbs up because she deserves it!

This dealership was very reasonable and cooperative!. I've been searching for weeks for vehicle, in fact had two previous bad experiences. One of those bad experiences I had to return a vehicle to another Ford dealership. Tri-State Ford had a vehicle I was very interested in and from my initial interaction with them, they were reasonable and polite.
