Very poor service, no follow up. Made an appointment then drove an hour to leave the vehicle and they never got it in for service and said they would follow up to reschedule and never did.
Evelyn and the team at Tri-State were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Whenever a issue arises that I can't handle myself the service department does an excellent job of helping me get the situation taken care of I also wanted to give a thank you to the service department and James who works in the service department overall it has been a good experience so far
You’re just a number. And throws parts at the issues instead of understanding a diagnosing. This is twice I towed one from there to be fixed elsewhere.
