Whenever a issue arises that I can't handle myself the service department does an excellent job of helping me get the situation taken care of I also wanted to give a thank you to the service department and James who works in the service department overall it has been a good experience so far
You’re just a number. And throws parts at the issues instead of understanding a diagnosing. This is twice I towed one from there to be fixed elsewhere.
Cannot recommend enough! James and the service team went over and beyond with my vehicle and trying to diagnose the problem with my transmission and getting it fixed. Always friendly and great communication on the status of my vehicle. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles there.
I worked with evelyn and manager Kyle. Gave me what I needed in an efficient, personable manner, not pushy, and worked with me on price.
Don't buy or sell vehicles at this place, and definitely dont buy this truck. I expected they would mark the truck up when I planned to sell it to a dealership. They went back and forth with me for about a week on what they would give me for it, then said they couldn't do more than $7,500 because it wasn't worth the $8000 to $13,000 I was asking.
