This review is based on two experiences and is aimed at lack of admin organization, not quality of medical care. I recently moved from Orofino to Lewiston to attend LC. Last fall I had a health concern and decided to see someone local instead of driving back to Orofino. I filled out the online new patient form with my concerns and waited to hear back as instructed. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Stephanie Whitlock, and wow—if you’re looking for a new provider, she’s the one to see! She was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive I never felt rushed or like I was a burden on her time. Instead, I felt genuinely heard and cared for. I’m so thankful I got to meet her, and I’m even more excited that she’ll be my new doctor moving forward. Highly recommend! 10 out 10
