The are very rude.. they also refused to see my daughter today because I wouldn’t go for their scam they have going on. They won’t dilate your eyes which the insurance company will pay for because they want you to pay for a test that the insurance won’t pay for. When I refused to let them do the test because it was not covered by insurance and I did not feel it was necessary. They would not see her.. They asked if I wanted them to reschedule for several months out.. No thanks we will not be back EVER!!
Probably the worst eye care visit I’ve ever experienced, and I didn’t even stay for the entire thing. My appointment was at 11am wasn’t taken back till 11:43 then after doing 2 small eye tests the sat me down in another waiting room in the back where I was there till 12:20 when I decided to get up and walk out. This place does not deserve your business nor do they care about their patients time. I was not the only one who went and said they will not be back.
RecommendedI can’t say enough good about them. They are wonderful. Due to their level of expertise and knowledge, and the beyond thorough examination I received, they found an issue with my eye that wouldn’t have been revealed by my prior doctor’s exam. They are saving my vision. HIGHLY recommended, and I am telling everyone what they have done for me.
