I set up an appointment with this business. No one ever showed or called at appointment time. I called the next day and asked why the exterminator never showed. I was told he was supposed to have been there. The scheduler then called back and stated the exterminator would be out that afternoon. Another no call/no show. I finally received a call the next day from a random person stating he was really busy and he was the exterminator and he would show in the next day or so. Matthew Blair is my usual technician. He always goes above and beyond and really cares about myself and my home. We discovered there was a mouse in the basement which terrified me and he continued to come, place traps and check the traps until we caught the mouse. Excellent service and excellent technician. Highly recommend company and especially Matthew.
Does not deal with bees . Lucky I found budget exterminator
