After the recent wind and hail storm, I called Tri State Exteriors to have my roof inspected for damage. Alex MacCartney was on time, personable, and explained to me what he would be looking for. I had several questions and concerns, which he addressed in terms I could understand. After thoroughly inspecting my roof, he gave me the good news that I had no damage. Though Tri-State Exteriors is a small, and new roofing company, it is as good as big and long established companies. Alex and Travis were very good with customer service. Alex was always willing to help answer our questions, and there are many to be asked, when buying a new roof. Alex and Travis were professional, respectful and knew the roofing business well.
