Equipment is meticulously maintained and the front office is very easy to get along with and listens to concerns and issues about anything over the road. Company is going through a lot of changes and an adjustment in the leadership is proving to be beneficial. Response time is getting better as the sales team grows with even more dedicated salespeople. Dispatch is aggressively working to improve on how quickly they communicate information from client to driver and vice versa. If you've done business with Tri-State in the past and were unsatisfied I highly recommend giving them another shot, along with letting them know what you didn't/don't like. I worked with an o/o who drove for them. they kept us rolling nicely. too bad me and him had a difference of opinion I would probably still be there.

Tri State is one of the best companies to work for. From the Dispatch Dept. all the way up. it's great to work for a company that does care about you.
My husband and I have been driving for TSES since Nov. 2019 and are very happy with the company, support staff, and equipment. We definitely recommend TSES if you are looking for a shipping company or an employer.
