He is very rude stating he does not have to stand behind the warranty.
I came to you on August 19, 2023, delivered 3 pallets of your cargo, your manager refused to accept and said that I should come on Monday because I have an appointment for Monday, I asked to unload only 3 pallets today and it will take 10 minutes, which he just refused and all. I told him that I have the next delivery, to which he said there was nothing I could do, come on Monday. You must be customer-oriented not only for customers but also for the drivers who deliver your cargo!
