I cannot speak highly enough of Brad and Tri-State Engineering. Setting up the appointment was a breeze with the very friendly staff on the phone. Brad was on time and already busy at work when I pulled up for our appointment. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection, spent a lot of time explaining the issues to me in layman's terms and showing me the problem areas. I knew I was in good hands. And the report was ready very quickly. I will definitely use Tri-State going forward and would highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have used the services of Tri-State Engineering and Bradley has given a complete and accurate report both times. We appreciate his knowledge and professionalism as well as the quick turnaround of written report. We will recommend Tri-State 100% to anyone in need of their services.
