We are having an issue with email communication, so I am updating my review to reflect that the issue is not on their side of Tri-State. When I get service, I will update again.
I cannot speak highly enough of Brad and Tri-State Engineering. Setting up the appointment was a breeze with the very friendly staff on the phone. Brad was on time and already busy at work when I pulled up for our appointment. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection, spent a lot of time explaining the issues to me in layman's terms and showing me the problem areas. I knew I was in good hands. And the report was ready very quickly. I will definitely use Tri-State going forward and would highly recommend them.
