Tri State Domestic has proven to be a reliable source for staffing in our homes. We have contracted with them to staff our UES home and our house in Bridgehampton. They do not waste our time with non-qualified applicants or undocumented workers. We know when we receive a candidate they have been thoroughly vetted and their backgrounds checked. I am not accustomed to writing reviews, but felt compelled to write one in this instance. Hopefully my review will encourage potential families to use this agency.

Our family needed a part-time housekeeper that drives to assist with the shopping, errands, and picking up the children. My neighbor suggested that they had very good luck when using Tri State Domestic so we gave them a call. The service was professional and within a few weeks we hired our part-time housekeeper. Things are running very smoothly and I'm happy we called.

Our requirements for a new housekeeper were challenging because we needed someone able to travel with the family for the winter and summer. Tri State Domestic filled the position and all of my requirements were satisfied. We expect another child soon and will happily use them exclusively for the new nanny position.

I have used several different agencies through the years. I have found the people at Tri State Domestic to be a major improvement over the other agencies I have tried. They took the time to understand what I was seeking, specific duties the housekeeper would be assigned, and the type of service I was accustomed too. They provided quality applicants and worked with my hectic schedule setting up interviews and trials.

A few weeks prior to the birth of our son we called Tri State Domestic in effort to get information about hiring a baby nurse to live-in for a few months. We hired a baby nurse and then offered Louise the opportunity to stay on with us as a full time nanny. I don’t know how I would have made it through the last year without her. Thank you Tri State!
