I’m a lifelong outdoorsman and have given this store multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The employees are usually huddled together chatting instead of acknowledging customers, and there never seems to be anyone in charge or willing to help. The store is almost always empty, which isn’t surprising given the lack of engagement and basic customer service, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
My wife and I were just in there looking for some specific items. (I was needing optics and P226 magazines for my Tisas PX9 Gen 3 Duty) Kade (?) helped us. He listened to my million questions and helped me all the way through my purchases. It's getting more snd more rare to find actual customer service. This dude was a rock star! Sadly, we live near Seattle and may not be back east this far. But if we do come back, I'll definitely be back in the store. Good job finding and keeping quality worker bees!!
What a fantastic store, the selection is off the charts. I think what impressed me the most was the staff, very courteous and helpful from the sales associates to the management. Terrific.
It's a good store, I get my FFL items sent here, it's a little slow sometimes and the workers are hit and miss but for the most part I am able to find most of what I need. It's just a little pricey!
Great place with a good selection. Just expect to pay premium prices for regular priced items
