My experience with Tri-State over the years has been good. I am thankful we have a dental lab in our area.
I have had dentures made by them over the last 15 years and worked with them where I worked. They have always done excellent wirk and Mr Dean and Ms Wanda are very kind and awesome people.
This place has made 4 dentures and has screwed up each one. With over a week turn around on their product I have not been able to eat in over a month. I don't know who they hired but they are not professional and do not know how to make a denture. I wish I could give 0 stars. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I just called to try to get an update and they were extremely rude and hung up on me. Even my dentist has become frustrated with them.
This was a great experience! They were very efficient and courteous. I had emergency situation with my dentures. They fixed them within 1.5 hours while I waited there, which really was very helpful because I live over 2 hours from their lab. Thank you very much!!! You saved the day!!!
