MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE 100% Avoid at all costs, go somewhere else but don’t trust Hemet Hospital either. Completely useless to treating my mom’s stroke, weren’t even capable of diagnosing her. Even gave my brother a staph infection when he got his vaccine there. Don’t trust them
Worst doctors office in the area , they will lose your child’s Dr records & shot records & not input them into the CARE system so it shows your child has zero vaccinations and never had care there despite you having proof. Very unprofessional & the clerk females are rude and disrespectful & need to learn their place.. I plan to file an intent to sue , if they don’t fix the matter & do their jobs as their supposed to do I’ll be taking this to court .
This place is HORRIBLE. First, if you ever need to call the place you better be prepared to wait for 20 or 30 minutes on hold, only to talk to someone who's not in the office and doesn't have a clue about anything. You go in, and it's a tiny little office with practically no sitting space, and of course crowded with mothers and kids. Okay, no big deal in itself. I wouldn't give star at all if I could Must of the staff and people answering the phone do not speak English!! The office doesn't return phone calls I've been waiting almost 5 months for a new referral ............
Literally just became a pt here, while the provider was okay. The whole medication situation is very odd. I seen the provider on a Saturday, I verified before I left the office of my meds were sent to the pharmacy, he said yes, it’s TUESDAY. Still no meds. I have no clue why. I’m not getting answers from ANYONE. I even went in and was told I’d hear back from them by the end of the day which was Monday.
