Nikki the front desk receptionist was so professional and caring. I would not want no other to help my mother in time of need. Thank you for being so compassionate.
Mostly I am very happy with my Doctor and the clinic staff. Nikki always greets you when you arrive and calls you to remind you of your appointment. My only issues with Tristate has to do with their corporate offices selling my contact information with a non associated pharmacy to cold call sell me stuff. And the stupid AI and automated answering system that only allows you to contact the call center and not directly to office of choice.
Every time I have an appointment everyone there is so friendly and helpful, any question I may have they answer with a smile, my wait times are never long, I've only seen Morgan and Cynthia, my husband and has seen Sonia and all of them are so sweet and explain all thi cs to where you understand. I have never left there unhappy, I've actually came in grumpy and left smiling, I would and do always recommend this place.
There's usually a 1hr wait even with a appointment. The front desk staff,drs,lab techs and referral dept try their best to attend and resolve your issues.
The staff was amazing very nice and they gave me food and lots of great health information. The doctor was very informative and nice as. Well I give this clinic 5 stars. Every person was amazing to me and made my visit pleasant. Thank you Tri statey
