The front desk is always on top of it. Visits, med refills, ect have all been done in a timely manner and with a Friendly face!
We went to Tri State Health in Needles and everyone there treated us like Family Which was Nice. Jillian helped us and she is very sweet. Now that we have you guys as our primary health doctor to go to we are very Please and Grateful for your services. Thank You
It's sad that the CLINIC and the DENTIST aren't listed as 2 separate entities, because the separate DENTAL building is just.. no comment. As far as the CLINIC side, 5 stars, especially for Dr. Kabore, RN Octavius and Nikki at the front desk are great and the reason I'll go back. At least there are some competent and caring people here in town.
We are very pleased with our Needles hometown care center. They are always there for our needs and the staff is very courteous. If problems do arise the office manager Jessica is there to remedy any problems and her customer service is outstanding!
The whole entire staff is very friendly and try to ensure that you get the best care I really appreciate them being here especially Dr Folmsbee and Erika who has been very helpful today and helping me get my insulin. There are good team and I recommend them to anybody
