Absolutely love my PCP Megan. What is going on with the front office phones?? Do they have problems with the phone service, or are there certain times you're supposed to call? I call every day for a week and I never got anyone to answer a phone. Little discouraging when you're trying to get help and no one ever answers.
the past year has been awful with answering phones and getting meds ! I ran out of insulin last weekend and here I am without my oral diabetic meds this weekend. i too have witnessed staff not answering phones and doing nothing .
Never answer the phone I have been trying to reach them since December 23 and its now January 12th.
I would give no stars. Never answer the phone. For anyone. My provider was "alright" . But the front desk has complete disregard for being a Healthcare facility. Always on hold for over an hour. They didnt even respond to the pharmacy when they reached out multiple times. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
