I like my NP. However, getting medications filled, making/changing appointments, billing questions, annnnnnything that the front desk is required for—— it’s Wild Wild West rules. I love my pcp Megan Clayton and Dr banfer but trying to get someone to answer the phone is impossible they put you on hold then hang up on you I literally have to drive there to get anything done

I really like my PCP, but it is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone. The phone will ring and ring, and there is no option to leave a message. They have not followed up on my referrals and I can't get in youch with anyone. Additionally, they have not been processing refill requests in a timely manner. It's been incredibily frustrating.

What a joke! I gave them a one star review only because it's the lowest you can put. Really should be a negative 5 stars! Im getting another dr.and i recommend you guys do the same.!
