Ive been going to tri state community health for 10 years, Janelle, rn..she left tri state. Then The front desk recommended Meagan, Meagan talks down to me, like I was beneath her. She never took my concerns seriously. This is the first dealing with tri state a horrible person to me. I transferred finally.
I tried calling to make an appointment they just pick up and hang right up on you. Also judging by the reviews I wouldn’t trust this place. The cost of medical coverage is way too high to deal with this crap!
if you want to get proper medical care, get your medications refilled, or have a general ok medical experience, don't go to this office. the front desk is the worst i've ever experienced. i've had medications go unfilled for over a week with the front desk not even getting notes back to my dr in that time frame. they have refused to take me after making me wait past my appointment time then accused me of being late, they've taken over 6 months to simply call in a referral my dr ordered, not even waiting for another office to... read more
