Ive been a patient there for quite awhile. Dr. Banfer is my physician. He has always been very thorough about my healthcare. He is compassionate,understanding and very knowledgeable. He has helped me through good times and bad.
Tri state billing department is very bad. They never sent me a bill for my primary care doctor appointments until several years later . Saying it was an office error . Even tried to work with them about reducing the cost since it was their error on their part so long ago . They refused to work with me. Now I have bad credit thanks to them. Ive been going to tri state community health for 10 years, Janelle, rn..she left tri state. Then The front desk recommended Meagan, Meagan talks down to me, like I was beneath her. She never took my concerns seriously. This is the first dealing with tri state a horrible person to me. I transferred finally.
I tried calling to make an appointment they just pick up and hang right up on you. Also judging by the reviews I wouldn’t trust this place. The cost of medical coverage is way too high to deal with this crap!
