I love Megan and Tina. Megan listens and Tina is always cheerful and upbeat. I have no issues with getting appointments or my lab work. The phone issues that others have spoke on doesn't bother me (I'm a very introverted person). I leave a message and they've always called me back within a reasonable time frame.
Take my family here and really like the providers and staff.
You can sit in the waiting room listening to them practically yell about their weekends while the phone rings relentlessly. Ask the front desk and their answer is someone else is supposed to be answering them. This is probably why no one can ever get through on the phone, calls are rarely returned and you get appointment cards with Saturdays and Sundays on them. Have one right now... but they won't answer the phone to clarify. Seems like they just want the missed appointment fee.
Unreal office does not answer phones office is to be open at 8am and at 920 answering service is still answering phones procedures to be done never get faxed to where they r supposed to go and Drs never return phone calls as asked
