The office staff and office manager, Mandy, are insulting, irresponsible, lazy, rude, no care people who should not be working in healthcare. The actual doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses, who are great, are suffering because of the office staff. Whoever owns/runs this health center needs to do a mass firing of the office staff, and fast! I’m currently looking for a new doctor because of the office staff!
I have been a patient with Tristate for over 10 years with Dr Kennedy and I absolutely love her. She is an amazing doctor. She is very thorough and takes her time to listen to her patients. I would not be here today if it was not her being so thorough and caring. I highly recommend Tristate
They made two appointments in a row and didnt keep them. My doc left and they didnt inform me untill I showed up and they turnt me away with another appointment with a doc I didnt choose then they didnt keep that appointment. I'm done with them
