Stuart is the most responsive owner and runs the best roofing team I've ever worked with. We manage multiple large, and medium-scale commercial buildings and we have moved all our roofing business to Tri-State over the years. The prices, quality and ongoing service are far and away superior to other companies we have worked with. Call these guys first.
Steve and his team did a wonderful job at our facility. We have worked with several roofers over the years and we were immediately impressed with their attention to detail during the initial assessment. They walked us though the scope of work before the project began, and were communicative throughout the work. I would recommend the Tri-State team to anyone, and would be pleased to work with them again should the need arise.
The Angel Nyack is an arts & event venue in a historic former church with all sorts of flat and pitched roof issues. One spot had been plaguing the church for years. Stu & his crew are total professionals - and sleuths! They figured it out (in the coldest winter we've had for years no less!) and stopped the water from coming into a critical hallway and bathroom entrance area.
