I needed my records because I was changing to a new doctor. I called the office and waited unsuccessfully for 32 minutes for the records office to answer. I called back to scheduling to get help—and was transferred back to that same number and waited another 45 minutes for a live person. THAT person was NOT AFFILIATED with Mid West Eye Center—but a place called Sharecare. very professional, well organized staff, my doctor has been very good, open and honest. My eye problem is somewhat serious and may not be able to be fixed. Dr Devine has been forthright with us the entire course of treatment.
Great staff, Dr. Divine is the best. Although this time my eye seemed insufficiently numb and it stung for the first time.
This is for the Reading Road location. Nice professional office. Has a location you can easily drive right past, did not see an outside sign. Definitely use GPS. Everyone doing my testing was professional and nice but no small talk, they were all business. They did not offer conversation. Dr. Devine took extra time to explain small details with me.
