I’ve been trying to reach the office manager, Jessica, to resolve a problem experienced at the Reading Road location for over 2 weeks. I left 2 voicemails with no return call. Very unprofessional.
The staff was very polite,friendly and showed interest with my concerns. They answered my questions and explained the process I am about to experience so I was comfortable before and after it was done.
