Wonderful customer service experience and great staff
No Great deals here. Friendly, courteous staff, while they lie to your face. Car still has issues that continue to be unresolved three weeks later. Been back several times to be told parts are not in yet. Owner unavailable. No one knows his phone number??? Total rip off
Finally got myself a car that I was looking for because I am very picky purchasing a car, but after dealing with Tri State Auto Mall I don’t think there’s any other place you should consider. Must visit and look for Manny or Chris they are you guys!
Very good car buying experience with Manny at Tri State Auto Mall. I found the vehicle I was looking for on-line and called to make sure it was still in stock. Manny communicated very well before I purchased the vehicle and was very honest and professional during the entire vehicle purchase process.
