I sent my 1994 Harley Davidson Wide Glide fuel float to Tri-Starr to have it rebuilt. I expected to wait for 2 weeks until they go around to fixing it, but I had it back in 1 week! I sent it to NY on a Thursday and got in back the following Thursday! New parts and better than OEM! I will absolutely be using this company for any future repairs. Dont forget about their 1 year warranty!
I ordered their replacement for the 2003 V-Rod sending unit. It was a 10 minute job ( I had already had the tank apart to diagnose the bad unit) fired up the bike and it worked perfectly! Thanks a ton!
I had been having problems with installing a new fuel gauge on my harley. Dan at tri starr talked me through what I needed to do and had it working in minutes! Very knowledgeable and awesome to talk to
Great customer service. 2000 Electra Glide Classic. Harley discontinued my Fuel Sending unit but Tri-Starr had what I needed. Samantha answered all my questions and got me the Fuel Sending Unit I needed with Fast delivery and great packaging. I did have to tweak the arm a little cause it was hitting the side of the tank. But other then that the unit works as it should. Would recommend them.
These guys are unbelievable, they had the fuel sender that Harley Davidson said was discontinued and it could not be replaced and was not available anywhere! "and can never be fixed or replaced! ****Wrong***** Guess what these guys have it and it works perfectly!!!! Thank you Dan & Samantha
