I have 1999 road king, the fuel sending unit was suspect, so pulling I found that it was bad. Looking online I found that replacements for this year are not available. I found these folks on eBay selling rebuilt units for other years, but not mine. I called them up, they said they could take care of it! I sent the unit to them, $200 and a week later I had my unit back rebuilt. Checking with a multimeter, the unit was perfect! They even had a gasket kit for it! I sent my 1994 Harley Davidson Wide Glide fuel float to Tri-Starr to have it rebuilt. I expected to wait for 2 weeks until they go around to fixing it, but I had it back in 1 week! I sent it to NY on a Thursday and got in back the following Thursday! New parts and better than OEM! I will absolutely be using this company for any future repairs. Dont forget about their 1 year warranty!
I ordered their replacement for the 2003 V-Rod sending unit. It was a 10 minute job ( I had already had the tank apart to diagnose the bad unit) fired up the bike and it worked perfectly! Thanks a ton!

Great customer service. 2000 Electra Glide Classic. Harley discontinued my Fuel Sending unit but Tri-Starr had what I needed. Samantha answered all my questions and got me the Fuel Sending Unit I needed with Fast delivery and great packaging. I did have to tweak the arm a little cause it was hitting the side of the tank. But other then that the unit works as it should. Would recommend them.
