This place is AWFUL. Been here 2 months and after first month they raised my rent $40.00, there’s ROACHES in my boxes of clothes and crawling around on my stuff and NOW the gate to get into my unit doesn’t work and my cars locked in there!!!!! Stay away!!!! As an added note…..Kathy, the women that works there is wonderful!!!!! She’s caring and kind. She can only do what management allows her to do! The rate increase is insane!!!!!

Very easy to rent , the people I dealt with setting things up were very nice. It is located near my home so its very convenient as well So far it has been a very comfortable pain free experience!

Kathy was very helpful with check-in and the facility is clean and the unit is as described. They have great rates.

This place is a rip off. When we rented a 10x10, it was only $55 monthly. In just two months they started charging us $75 monthly(auto draft). I called and informed them they had drafted $75 instead of $55, but was told they went up on the price. I explained the agreement was $55, not $75, but was told, “Well, that’s just what they do.” The lady at the Wedgefield office is a nice person but she only works there.
