Ms. Lauren is the manager here at this facility and is super helpful. She really helped me with renting a U-Haul! She was patient very knowledgeable with the process and answered every question I had. This facility is the way to go!
We are so grateful to Lauren at Tri Star for being accommodating to our timeframe and needs to store our rental truck. She was willing to work with us on the fees as well! We cannot thank Lauren enough, and we look forward to working with Tri Star for all of our storage needs.
First of all the customer service from Lauren was actually what sold me sure it’s a good price clean facility but it’s my first time renting the Storage building. She answered any question I may have had with ease and I’m not a smart man so she answered right at my level. Lauryn held my hand so to speak answered all of my silly questions.
