I think tri star storage has exceptional service. They are wonderful people and treated my nephew & I like family. Being new to the community They (Lauren, Arlene & her husband have been helpful. I highly recommend!
We are so grateful to Lauren at Tri Star for being accommodating to our timeframe and needs to store our rental truck. She was willing to work with us on the fees as well! We cannot thank Lauren enough, and we look forward to working with Tri Star for all of our storage needs.
Lauren was a great help. Easy setup for a new account with the company. My unit was clean and I love that the pad lock entry was easy to use. I was able to communicate via email and in person. My unit is located not far from my job on Whitney Road, Spartanburg SC. I definitely recommend this place over any other storage place in Spartanburg SC. You guys rock and keep up the awesome work.
