Dan certainly does not run a business with customer service in mind! Went to pick up our sons' Christmas present and arrived 15-20 minutes before the time we arranged with Dan the previous day as we were traveling from an hour away and he said he sold the item 5 minutes before we arrived. His response was, "That is how you run a business."
Excellent service, Dan is always professional and courteous. He gets work done as promised at a fair price.
