I had a storage here i dont need it any more but other than that it's pretty cheap and for what they have it's good. The call people answer quickly, the only thing they are back about is moving out if someone doesn't come check it out they will charge you but a quick call can fix
I have had a unit for almost 4 years up until last week. Ideal self storage always made sure to let me know when my payment was due and emailed me if there was any issues with my payments so I wouldn't lose my storage building. Very good customer service.
