When they put the pool up, some dude working for them threw up on our concrete and left the mess. They initially said they'd deliver the pool cover, but have since changed that, telling us to come get it before 5pm. We got there at 4:50pm and they were gone. The owners son told us he'd try to get ahold of his dad and took an hour to tell us they couldn't help us today. We asked for them to come out to open our pool and wanted to find someone local that we could ask questions and get solutions from that was trustworthy. They came out and was so thorough and explained everything in detail to both me and my husband. They were always very responsive to messages. I highly recommend to anyone. It felt more personable than other local stores we have been to. Very honest.
