During a holiday weekend, our new tenants reported an issue with their only toilet not flushing. The mechanical aspects of the toilet appeared to be in order, indicating the need for a plumber. We contacted Tri-Star, and Jacob arrived at the property in less than an hour. Jacob was incredibly thorough and professional. Yesterday my AC in my rental unit went out. I called Nick Phillips, their manager who I went to high school with, at 8:00 pm. He had a technician to my apartment the next day and they replaced the compressor in the unit. Fantastic and quick service from a great local company. Highly recommend!
