Had Apollo out to fix our heat pump. Plot twist, it was dead. Even after getting a couple back up quotes, Apollo was the best. Not only on price, but on timeline and communication. I hope I don't need to call any HVAC people soon but if I do, it'll be Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning.
The experience with Apollo was a great experience. Starting with Nick the estimator, to the crew of Terry L. and Chase D. Everybody was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Attention to detail and cleanliness was maintained throughout the install. All three answered every question I had with absolute honesty, and no pressure trying to upsell me. Did mention upsells but didn't push. Thank you fellas and Apollo for a job well done! Appreciate it, Jason Hansen
Josh came out to our house today to service our A.C. unit, and he was great! I’m super sensitive to smells and since we bought this house last summer I could smell something unusual everytime the A.C. kicked on and it’s been driving me crazy, even though my husband and son couldn’t smell anything! Josh was able to determine it was a UV-C light, and he was able to quickly fix the problem. Fantastic service, thank you!
Wayne annd John installed the system this morning working through the rain. They did a great job and then explained the panel to me and explained the work they did. Nothing more to it.
