I called Tom Clark Chevrolet on Monday, April 28, 2014 about the Stabilitrak/ traction service message that appeared on my car since Thursday. When trying to figure out when I could get it fixed, they were very unaccommodating. They told me to drop it off. If I dropped it off Monday night, I would be without a vehicle Monday night and Tuesday to get to and from work. Same lousy business, same lousy service. You can lose a lot of money with lies from the shop and sales representatives. This is a lazy run business in McKeesport Pennsylvania and doesn't care for regular customers, much less new ones. The shop is lazy and lies to customers.
Dishonest salesmen and managers! – We went to their dealership on Tuesday August 2nd, 2011 and made a deal with Mike C. When we returned on August 6th, 2011 he said he couldn't sell it for the price he agreed to. We live 2 hours away and trusted them to keep their deal. They knew we were returning and just let us waste our time and money going there so they could back out of their end. Not a good dealership!
Horrible service! Rude, incompetent. Even if your vehicle is still under warranty they try to charge you for the repairs. Ive complained to Ford, I'll never deal with them again!
