I have very mixed opinions when it comes to this dental office, and that’s after experiencing western dental. So yes there sometimes a 30 minutes wait even if my appointment is at 4:45- I won’t be called until 5:15. The dentists are nice and knowledgeable, and I do feel cared for, but it seems to stop with them and doesn’t transfer to the front receptionist team. I am a patient there the staff is wonderful they treat you as an individual not just a patient not to mention the excellent work they perform I highly recommend them
Was going for my first appointment today they said they couldn't see me cuz I didn't have the correct insurance information which I did, but the useless lady in the front went out of her way to make it purposely more difficult than it had to be and said I had the wrong insurance information(I had the correct insurance information). If I had this horrid experience at check in I could imagine what horrid stories I would of had later on the point of treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
