I rarely leave any negative reviews but the communication and service from the management has been deeply disappointing. I have lost packages being delivered to the apartment building multiple times. I have photo proof of the packages being delivered inside the building but only 3-4 hours later the packages go missing (also had the neighbors confirm that they’ve seen the packages during some hours before they were gone).
