My husband and I had a kitchen bar cabinet piece as well as built in custom cabinets made. There was never any follow up on delivery, we were told an estimate date and when that date passed we had to call several times ourselves. Had a Carpetner waiting on delivery when they said they were on their way (3 miles away) for a hour. Two errors were made on our built ins (one before delivery and one once they dropped them off-they were built too big) and they had to come back to pick them up and re make them. I've done two kitchens with Tri-Star cabinets. Cabinets were beautiful, service was great, outstanding value. Also, John Dapkus, the kitchen designer, helped to figure out how to shift my kitchen layout to make it much more functional. Getting ready to do a third kitchen (yes, I move a lot) and ready to reach out to Tri-Star to see if they will ship to Cincinnati.
I would recommend Tri-Star to anyone either building or remodeling! I recently had my kitchen remodeled and love love love my cabinets, they also built gorgeous woodwork for me that turned out fantastic! Thanks to all the helpful employees especially Dale Soderhome, a very talented and experienced planner.
