Excellent service! I'm from out of town, and they worked me in on the same day I called. This is the second time they've done that! Highly recommend, and will definitely return if necessary!
First instance frequenting the shop for my vehicle needs. Came to them on account of walking distance from my office and pretty stellar online reviews. Just in for a basic inspection. Called closing time on a Thursday and they got me in right away at morning open on Friday, no fuss Communicative, welcoming and helpful. Needed a belt to pass inspection and replacement/repair price was very fair. I am from Toronto. After dropping my son off at Buffalo Airport I hit something and tore up my exhaust. My old car was at its end of life and was undriveable. I could not stay overnight to deal with an expensive or complex repair. Tri-star's owner personally stepped in. The Tri-star team did a fast and economic repair suitable to an old car about to be scrapped. They did not take advantage of my situation and they had me on my way home in a couple hours.
