I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado that has 197,000 miles on it. It's had it's share of problems recently. Radiator, brakes, battery, tires. The staff there were great in resolving each item and explaining to me what the best course of action was. I can’t say enough good things about Tri-Star Automotive! Jeremy, the owner, personally oversaw the complex challenge of getting my Ford F-150 through the NYS Safety & Emissions Inspection. This wasn’t a simple job—there were multiple code errors to diagnose, computer monitors that needed to be reset, re-diagnosis of persistent codes, and ultimately replacement of key parts to get everything cleared properly. I had an incident on the Thruway that left me stranded in an area away from my home. The tow truck was only able to take me off the Thruway and into a plaza. I called Tri-Star and they were able to take my car in that day. They even sent someone out to help me put a doughnut on my car so that I would not have to pay an additional tow fee.
