I called to inquire about a service I needed and was provided with next steps and confirmed they could help me. I then went to the office two hours before they closed on Thurs, 7/03 and was told they were no longer processing my transaction type due to the time being too close to closing time and to go back the next business day. I explained I had called prior and both of the [older] women there denied having talked to me. I took my business elsewhere.

This is garbage!
Their machine says they close at 5pm, the door says 4:30 and a piece of paper pasted on the door says 3:30! I called for clarification and some rude man said “yea we don’t have any employees okay and hung up” wont ever even bother with them again!!
