BUYER BEWARE - I purchased a vehicle without the check engine light on, and I got home around 7pm. I woke up the following morning at 6:30 am and drove to the shop for basic fluid changes. On the way to the shop my check engine light came on, not even 12 hours after the purchase. After checking the codes with the shop, I discovered it had misfiring codes and a bad catalytic converter.
